 Quotes: Before receiving CA (Credential Assistance), the Soldier must establish an ArmyIgnitED account.Account registration and activation may require Soldiers to update their personnel record through their unit S1 administrative office.

CA requests must be submitted no earlier than 45 days, but not later than 90 days, prior to the start date of either the course or the exam.
